Diamond Hands Bonus (Deprecated)

The Diamond Hands (DH) bonuses can be achieved by any individual node if you do NOT claim any of its rewards for set periods of time. At VaporFi, we pride ourselves on the unconventional, so our DH bonuses have a twist — as a node achieves each DH Tier, its accumulated rewards are all immediately, retroactively increased by the higher boost.
You may compound your rewards at any time and doing so will not impact your DH status or streak of UN-claimed days. However, the higher DH bonus is retroactively applied only to UN-compounded rewards you've accumulated to date. So, rewards already compounded are ineligible to receive the higher boost of a new DH Tier.
The unorthodox, retroactive mechanics of our DH Bonuses can be a bit mind-bending at first and invite unusual and creative strategies.
As of MARCH 17th, 2022, revised DH Tiers available vary depending upon the size of one's node — the following details the DH reward tiers for each node size:
Nodes up to 50,000 $VPND
Nodes from 50,000 - 499,999 $VPND
Largest Nodes: 500,000+ $VPND
The act of "Depositing" additional $VPND tokens from your wallet onto a node will NOT impact or reset your DH status, BUT any available rewards will be LOST in the transaction, so it's advised to compound (or claim) rewards before making a deposit.
The act of "Merging" two nodes together will RESET your DH status back to ZERO. Also, any available rewards will be LOST in the transaction, so it's advised to compound (or claim) rewards before merging any nodes.
